Payment Schedule
• Deposit: 30% of the total rental amount is due upon reservation confirmation.
• Balance: The remaining 70% is due 14 days before arrival.
• Security Deposit: No security deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
• All paid prepayments are non-refundable unless agreed individually due to extraordinary circumstances.
What is Included
• Complete bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels
• All utilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, heating)
• High-speed Wi-Fi internet and cable TV
• Full access to the large communal swimming pool and tennis courts
• Final cleaning included for stays of 7 nights or more (shorter stays: €60 cleaning fee)
